It's that time again – product updates! Here's what our sherpas worked on in February.

Product features Filter couriers by tracking quality: This is a new shipping rule where you can choose to only display couriers based on the tracking services they offer. Find it in the dashboard under Tools < Shipping Rules < Actions. Learn more about shipping rules.

Pickup services feature: Choose between pickup and dropoff options for certain couriers. Previously, only pickup pricing was offered. Now you can choose to drop off shipments yourself and save money on any pickup fees that couriers can charge for! Learn more about pickup and dropoff options.

Small change to our refund process: Due to payment provider settlements, in some cases it can now take up to 21 days to process refunds. Check our updated terms and conditions for more information.  

Couriers SkyPostal US: This is a new multi-leg solution to Brazil, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. This service doesn't require the seller to have a consignee ID to ship to Brazil and Chile when creating a shipment. Delivery times are around 15 working days for Brazil and Chile and 10 working days for Mexico and Colombia. Basic tracking is provided, and both DDP and DDU services are supported.
