Good Friday: April 7, 2023

FedEx will be operating normally on Good Friday 2023 for most services, however, there will be modified services for FedEx Express® and ® Economy FedEx Freight®.

Memorial Day: Monday, May 29, 2023

This is a big day on the FedEx holiday schedule. Americans use this day to commemorate veterans who have sacrificed their lives in military service. FedEx offices will remain closed on this day, and no mail service will be running.

You should be aware that FedEx Freight and FedEx SmartPost services will also not operate on the preceding weekend, May 27-30. Labor Day: Monday, September 4 2023

This is a statutory holiday marking the contributions of workers, so all offices are closed. FedEx will not be operational on the day itself, and many of its services will be modified or non-operational over the preceding weekend. On September 4, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, and FedEx SmartPost will not be available.

So, you need to ship accordingly so that your customers receive their packages on or before September 2. All FedEx services will resume on September 5.

Columbus Day: Monday, October 9, 2023
