Easyship & DHL Express - July Campaign - Offer Terms & Conditions

This limited-time promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Easyship and is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). By participating, you agree to these Terms:

Section 1. Eligibility:

‍The Offer is only available to New Easyship Business Customer(s), as defined below in Section 2, who are physically located in the United States AND who:

(a) Sign up for an Easyship account between July 7, 2025 and July 31, 2025, using a valid business email address, as determined by Easyship in its sole discretion;

(b) Connect a verifiable and business to consumer (B2C) eCommerce store or online marketplace to their Easyship account; AND;

(c) Purchase two (2) DHL Express (USA), Inc. shipping labels through the Easyship platform within sixty (60) days of their first DHL Express label purchase, provided that this first purchase occurs between July 7, 2025 and July 31, 2025.

Section 2. Definition of “New Easyship Business Customer”:

The term “New Easyship Business Customer” means:

(a) any business customer to Easyship, which has never conducted business with Easyship; OR;

(b) any existing business customer to Easyship, which as of its last date of shipment has not shipped with DHL Express via the Easyship platform within the six (6) months prior to the start of the promotional period above (i.e., July 7, 2025).

Section 3. Offer Details:

New Easyship Business Customers that satisfy the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 1 will receive a shipping credit equal to one (1) free DHL Express shipping label, which shall be of a value that will be equal to the value of the shipping label that cost the most, up to a maximum value of USD $50 applied to their Easyship account. 

The shipping credit will be applied to the New Easy Business Customer’s Easyship account within thirty (30) days after the eligibility conditions are met and:

(i) can only be used to purchase shipping labels on the Easyship platform;

(ii) shall expire sixty (60) days after the shipping credit is issued;

(iii) cannot be transferred, is non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash;

(iv) cannot be applied to reduce subscription fees, third-party services, or withdrawn; AND;

(v) unless explicitly stated, this Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.

Section 4. Additional Conditions:

(a) The Offer is limited to one (1) redemption per eligible New Easyship Business Customer. The Customer will NOT receive any additional free shipping credit(s) for any additional label purchases after redemption of this Offer;

(b) Easyship reserves the right to verify the New Easyship Business Customer’s identity and business legitimacy;

(c) Failure to provide the requested verification may result in forfeiture of the Offer;

(d) Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of Easyship's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and DHL Express’s Terms and Conditions of Carriage;

(e) Easyship reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate this Offer or its Terms at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion; AND;

(f) Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these Terms may result in disqualification, reversal, and cancellation of any shipping credit issued.
