A common question from users was "When are you going mobile?" We never had a good answer.
As much as we love building new products, taking all of the powerful functionality of the Easyship platform and squeezing it into a tiny screen made us nervous. It is critical that Easyship remains, well, easy.
We knew there was value to be provided to users by having a mobile app though,. In our research talking to merchants, two trends became very clear:
- Consumer expectations are only getting higher, especially when it comes to customer service. If customers have questions, they want answers, fast.
- When merchants are managing and monitoring their shipments, rarely are they sitting at a desk. They're on the go to meetings, or out in the warehouse.
What became very clear to us is that what need is a better way to manage and support their customers, at all times. Now it was time to start "going mobile!"

Both versions of the app have matching features and capabilities so all users can experience the full power of Easyship – regardless of the phone platform they use.
Can I get quotes or purchase labels through the mobile app?
No, not at this time. This feature will come in a future version of the mobile app.
Can I print shipping labels from the app?
Yes. If you have a printer connected to your mobile device, then you can print your shipping documents directly from the app.
Can I look at billing information from the mobile app?
You can view shipping costs on a shipment-by-shipment basis from the app, but if you're looking to generate invoice and billing exports, you will need to do this from the desktop app.
Can I configure settings such as tracking or shipping rules on the mobile app?
No, these configurations will need to be done on the desktop app.
