Therefore, we are pleased to announce that we are introducing a brand-new subscription plan - Scale.
What Is Scale?
The Scale plan is a new, flexible model which is an upgrade from the Premier plan. Scale allows you to adjust your plan depending on your specific needs and ship with a higher shipment limit.
We understand that no two businesses are the same, and it’s important to have the flexibility to adjust your subscriptions accordingly. Being able to tailor your plan ensures that you are not paying for features that you won’t use and are getting the most out of your subscription.
Scale Your Business Now
The Scale plan allows you to increase your shipment limit with flexible options depending on how many orders you’re sending out. You can ship up to 10,000 packages a month, so as your business grows and orders take off, you can rest assured that your shipment limit is extended.
Not planning on shipping such a large amount? The Scale plan is made to work for you. You can adjust your plan to ship up to 5,000 packages or 7,500 packages as well as up to 10,000 per month - whatever is most suitable for you and your business.

Connect More Courier Accounts
With the Scale plan, you are able to link up to 3 of your own courier accounts, so you have plenty of shipping options to choose between.
More Team Members
As your business takes off, accommodate your growing team on Easyship by adding either 8, 10, or 12 team members depending on your needs.
Your Own Customer Success Manager
The Scale plan is the only plan that appoints your very own Customer Success Manager. Their role is to be your main point of contact and answer any questions you may have and support you and your business with all your shipping needs. Your needs are our priority, so your Customer Success Manager is there for you, when you need them.
Looking to Upgrade to the Scale Plan?
Now you know the great features of the Scale plan and the benefits of upgrading, it’s worth knowing how easy it is to make the switch. From your account, simply go to the subscription page, click “change plan” and then look out for the “Scale” plan. Use the slider to adjust the plan's features according to your needs and tailor the plan, so it’s just right for you and your business.
We’ve also made a few changes to our existing plans’ pricing and features accessibility. These changes are now in effect for new customers.
For all existing accounts that are created before 7th February 2023, you will have access to your current plan for 2 months before migrating to the new structure. During this time, you can enjoy all the same features and services as before, with your current plan price and monthly shipment limit.
