What's the Largest Size Box You Can Ship with FedEx?

If you’re looking to ship large items, you should know exactly what your courier restrictions are because all courier services have certain restrictions on the size and weight of packages that can be sent with the service.

For example, if you plan to ship a sofa, your package might be too heavy and too large to use the normal courier services. This doesn’t mean you can’t ship large packages - you just need to understand how to do it properly.

FedEx has size and weight restrictions that limit the FedEx large box dimensions you can ship with the various FedEx services.

  • FedEx Express: Maximum size: 119in x 165in x 165in / maximum weight: 150lbs.
  • FedEx Express International: Maximum size: 108in x 130in x 130in / maximum weight: 50lbs.
  • FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery: Maximum size: 108in x 165in x 165in’ maximum weight: 05lbs.
