Easyship services in and out of Ukraine and Russia are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Due to the ongoing tensions in Eastern Europe, Easyship services have been temporarily suspended in Ukraine and to Russia:

  • All collections and deliveries to, from, and within Ukraine are impacted (February 24 until further notice)
  • International shipments to the destination address in Russia (Effective February 28 until further notice)
  • Packages in transit that cannot be delivered will be returned to the sender where possible

It's important to note that if you're using your own courier account, please be patient with deliveries and work with the corresponding courier account manager to minimize any further disruption.

Our focus is the safety of our courier partners while providing continued service and minimizing disruption to our customers. Easyship continues to monitor the situation closely and re-establish service as soon as it is practical and safe.
